By using veltislife.com and purchasing our products you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, are not prohibited from purchasing or using our products under applicable law, and will use our website and products only for lawful purposes. Veltis Life reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
All Veltis Life supplements are dietary supplements regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. By enrolling in a Veltis Life subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the subscription price in effect at the time of each shipment on your chosen delivery schedule. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellation requests must be received before your next scheduled shipment date to avoid being charged for that order. To cancel your subscription log into your Veltis Life account or contact us at support@veltislife.com. Veltis Life reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice to subscribers via email.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from veltislife.com pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Veltis Life is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
